Ratio of Incidents to Staff

Indicates the changing quality of IT services provided as experienced by end users and can be called the Error Rate – on average how many incidents will an individual raise in a defined period of time (usually a month). Calculated by dividing the total number of incidents by the number of staff supported in the business.
