What kind of data do you collect / have available?

We have the following data available for KPIs on KPI Benchmark:

• Benchmark scores
• Popularity scores
• Strategy scores

We use the Wisdom of Crowds to determine average scores of KPIs. Members of the kpilibrary.com community submit benchmark information on which we determine average or normal scores, normal targets and measurement frequency for KPIs, without the help of costly consulting. In kpilibrary.com community members submit benchmark surveys, that we use to determine the benchmark scores. We have benchmark scores for KPIs, if community members have submitted surveys for those KPIs.

Popularity rankings determine the most used KPIs by members of the kpilibrary.com community. Popularity ranking of KPIs is expressed by popularity levels. We distinguish three levels of popularity: Gold, Silver and Bronze. Popularity of a KPI is calculated based on usage in workspaces and bookmarks by members of the kpilibrary.com community.

KPIs by strategy give insight in which KPIs to use in light of your business strategy. Strategy for KPIs is determined by votes by the members of the KPI Library community. We have data for KPIs for which strategies have been voted by the KPI Library member community.
