How to browse KPIs in KPI Library?

Let’s say that you are looking for KPIs in your area of responsibility. How can you use the KPIs section in KPI Library most effectively?

KPIs are located in the KPI section in KPI Library:

First of all, take a look in the list of industries to see if you can find any KPIs related to your field of work. The industry section allows you to browse for KPIs that are specific to a certain industry, for example Healthcare, Banking, Education and Government.

Secondly, take a look in the list or processes, and pick those processes that seem most relevant to your field of work. Any business, has these generic processes (that’s why they are listed separately from industries), and some are more important than others. So let’s say that you are in Healthcare (e.g. managing a specific department) then most likely you would be interested in KPIs in HR, Finance, and Compliance. If you are in consulting maybe you would be more interested in Sales, Project Portfolio and HR. In case you are in manufacturing products be sure to take a look at Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing.

And finally, you can take a look at our Business Frameworks listings. It contains standard process frameworks in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Project Portfolio and Banking. Maybe you use one of these standard frameworks in your organization, so use it as a reference to browse for KPIs.
